You can soak the noodles in warm water or place rice noodles into pot with boiling hot water for 30 seconds. Turn off heat. Prepare sauce. Heat frying pan or wok. Add 1 tablespoon of oil. Stir until hot. Add vegetables of your choice and white rice noodles. Stir to mix. Add the sauce. Stir more. Noodles are crispy. Add red pepper.
