Make a smoked chicken lasagna using your barbecue

You can now cook that delicious smoked chicken lasagna you've always longed for with this easy step by step tutorial. Place your raw boneless chicken in a bowl. Add a tablespoon of salt, pepper, basil and oregano. Pour an ample amount of virgin oil into the bowl to let the ingredients stick to the meat and mix with your hands. Let the meat settle for about 30 minutes. Grill the chicken for 40 minutes at a temperature of 225 degrees then at 300 degrees for 20 minutes to finish it off. When you're done cooking, chop the chicken in small pieces. Mix your spaghetti sauce with an ample amount of Classico mushroom cream and then add the sliced chicken into the mix. Slice up mushrooms into small pieces and then place them on top of all the ingredients. Put a layer of noodles on top of everything. Take two cups of cottage cheese, half a bar of cream cheese, a cup of mozzarella cheese and mix them all together. Place the mixed cheese on top of your chicken lasagna. Add a layer of pasta sauce on top then place a layer of noodles again. Sprinkle an even amount of mozzarella cheese and pasta sauce to the dish. To top it off, sprinkle parsley and parmesan cheese to the dish. Cook it for about an hour with a temperature of 350 degrees and then you're done. Now you can enjoy a delicious smoked chicken lasagna with your family and friends.
