How to Make Filipino-style macaroni salad

Boil salad macaroni as directed.

Shred cooked chicken. You can also use a small can of tuna as substitute.

Open a small can of pineapple chunks and drain the juice and set aside.

Peel small carrot and dice.

Dice white onion.

Dice celery.

In a bowl, mix cooked macaroni and mayonnaise.

Mix in shredded chicken, pineapple chunks, diced carrots, raisins, diced sweet ham, diced cheddar cheese, diced white onions and diced celery.

Dash a little amount of salt and pepper to taste.

Refrigerate and serve cold.
