1/4 lb raw shrimps/pork/chicken or beef
1 tbsp garlic (minced)
1 tbsp shallot (sliced)
2 green onion (slice into 1 inch)
1 cup bean sprouts
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp vinegar or tamarind sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp dark soy
1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
