Cook Mediterranean couscous

This video shows us how to make Mediterranean Couscous.The ingredients are,1 cup couscous,butter,15 pearl onions,15oz can garbanzo beans,2 red potatoes boiled and cubed,1 cup chopped carrots,1/2 cup chopped cilantro,1/4 cup chopped parsley,2 tablespoons minced garlic,1 teaspoon paprika,1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper,1/2 teaspoon seven spices,1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, salt, 3 cups of tomato sauce,1 chicken bouillion,pepper and water.Heat a quart pot to a medium.Add 1 1/4 cup of water,the bouillion and 2 table spoons of butter to it and bring it to a boil.Add the couscous,and cook for a minute.Keep stirring.Put the lid on the pot and remove it from the heat.Let stand for some time.In a large saute pan,add 2 tablespoons of butter.After the butter is melted,add the onions.Cook onions for 5 minutes until caramalized.Add carrots and beans and cook for another 5 minutes.Now add garlic,cilantro,parsley,potatoes,1/2 teaspoon salt and mix the vegetables.In another pan add the tomato sauce and 1 1/2 cup of water Stir this well. Also add all the seasonings and spices and the vegetables.Let it simmer for 10-12 minutes.Using a fork,fluff the couscous and mix in some of the tomato sauce.Transfer this mixture to a plate and form a well in the center. Place the vegetables in the center of the couscous.Serve warm and enjoy the dish!
